Vrolijk (‘we’) are always striving to ensure that you are satisfied with both your items ordered and your experience with us.
We do not offer refunds. We are happy to exchange the items if you are not happy with the size of the item or should the item be damaged. Exchanges will only be allowed for clothing items and handbags (thus not for earrings and head accessories).
All exchanges should be communicated via email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must not have been worn and/or washed and in its original condition. The exchange can only take place if we have stock of the size/item you need. We cannot exchange customised items. End of season or sales items cannot be exchanged.
Clients are responsible to return the items to us at their own cost and at their own risk using a courier of their choice. They are also responsible for the extra cost to have a new item delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, the exchange of the item will take place.
Should the item delivered be damaged, we will gladly exchange for another item, at our cost. Clients must inform us immediately via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) on the day of delivery if an item is damaged for a possible exchange.
Please note that all our items are handmade and may differ slightly from one another (length, size, colour, etc.) or from the images on the website and social media. We are constantly improving our items and may improve a pattern or fabric at any time.
